Returns/Exchanges Policy ( within 7 days after receipt)
Your purchases are Returnable/exchangeable - You can take a whole week to
decide. If you'd like to
return/exchange your purchase,
please contact us as soon as
possible. The stamp date on your
return must not
be more than one week after the day you receive the
purchase. Your money (minus
S&H) will be refunded ASAP in
the same manner that it was
collected. Please understand to
receive a refund we must receive
the items in unused condition with
the same packaging that you
received it in. If a separate
charge was added for shipping and those funds
are not refundable. Some items may
have up to a 20% restocking fee.
If you receive the item in a damaged condition, please report it to us as soon as possible.
Returns/Exchanges Procedure:
We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number (such as FedEx or UPS) or a delivery confirmation number (such as Priority Mail with a Delivery confirmation). If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit without a proof that it was delivered to us. Please Contact Us with the tracking number (recommended for your protection, incase we do not receive the item and you claim you've sent it) & purchase order number as soon as you have shipped the item(s). Please send it back intact (insurance recommended) in the same condition that you received it in & in the same packaging that you received it in.
